Cleaning 

With cooking comes mess so you obviously have to clean any mess so time for tips 

• when cleaning you should have a floor brush and a table brush ( for hygene )

• you should also have some spares incase you misplace them 

• have broomsticks a well 

• have small portable bins on sticks 

• while using the broomstick have both hands on it.

• in case of cutlery get a empty gravy bucket to put the cutlery in 

And those are my cleaning tips ( i have cleaned in a dinner hall for 5 months.
