This is serious. When cooking you cant just eat what you want you have to be healthy as well so you really shouldn't just be eating foods that have a ton of sugar. For instance you should not be eating a sugar waffle every day for lunch because it is nowhere near healthy. By eating all this sugar you could actually make yourself extremely sick and even get type 2 diabetes because to much sugar is never good for you, if you want something sweet eat some sweet healthy foods like berries or oranges so you stay healthy and have something nice to eat. Apart from eating well you also have to drink well so you stay hydrated.
so don't stuff yourself at lunchtime with sugar, then you won't be able to finish it, and if you you can't finish your lunch you'll be hungry during work or school so please for your sake eat and drink well.

When you eat cereal perhaps why don't you swap your oats (porridge) for fruits or seeds, and low sugar high fibre. Or if your going to have a bagel choose whole-wheat bagels and maybe put avocado or hummus instead of butter.
